Abstract:
A reinforced and toughened plastic pressure composite pipe and a method for manufacturing the pressure composite pipe, relating to the technical field of pipelines. The technical problem of the insufficient strength and toughness of a pipe end of an existing composite pipeline is solved. The reinforced and toughened plastic pressure composite pipe comprises a pipe body, wherein the pipe body comprises an inner layer, a fiber reinforced layer and an outer protective layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; two axial ends of the fiber reinforced layer are respectively provided with non-return protrusions which protrude inwards in a radial direction and abut against the inner layer in a limiting manner or protrude outwards and abut against the outer protective layer in a limiting manner; and the non-return protrusions are annularly arranged around the fiber reinforced layer. The coverage range of the fiber reinforced layer in the pipe body and the bearing capacity on the annular internal pressure can be guaranteed, and the leakage phenomenon of the pipe end is avoided.
