Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a quartz vacuum suction device having a pressure relief function, comprising: a vacuum suction cup, an air inlet pipe, an air blowing pipe, a tee joint, a four-way joint, and several connecting pipes. The vacuum suction cup is provided with air holes; the vacuum suction cup is provided with an annular groove; the air holes are located in the annular groove; joints communicated with the air holes are provided at positions on the outer wall of the vacuum suction cup corresponding to the air holes; the air inlet pipe is provided with a vacuum generator and a suction control switch; the air inlet pipe and the air blowing pipe are both connected to an air pump; the air blowing pipe is provided with an air blowing pressure relief control switch; four connecting ports of the four-way joint are detachably connected to connecting pipes; three of the connecting pipes are respectively detachably connected to corresponding joints; and the tee joint is separately detachably connected to the connecting pipes of the air inlet pipe and the air blowing pipe. The present invention has the advantages such as facilitating pickup of quartz products by means of effective pressure relief by blowing air, facilitating installation/removal, maintenance, and replacement, and achieving convenient vacuum suction and air blowing pressure relief control.
