Abstract:
Disclosed is an immersion quartz-product cutting device, the device comprising a base, a cutting fluid tray, a cutting mechanism, a cooling and filtering device, and a diamond wire saw, wherein a moving platform is slidably mounted on the base; the cutting fluid tray is provided with a groove; the cooling and filtering device is connected to the cutting fluid tray via a liquid intake pipe and a liquid output pipe; the cooling and filtering device comprises a box body, a centrifuge, a filter and a cooling device; the cutting fluid tray is mounted on the moving platform; the moving platform is provided with a rotating-table driving device, which is connected to a rotating table; a support frame is mounted on the base; rotatable rotating wheels are mounted on two sides of the support frame; the diamond wire saw is in the shape of a closed ring, and two ends of the ring are wound on the two rotating wheels; and the cutting of a quartz product can be controlled by controlling the rotation of the rotating wheels and the movement of the moving platform, and a cutting fluid submerges a cutting position of the diamond wire saw. The present invention has the advantages of a flat cutting surface, no edge chipping or broken layers, a high cutting efficiency and a high yield, a good chip removing effect and a good cooling effect, etc.
