Abstract:
A process method for knitting a fully-formed product by needle separation technology. The process method comprises: knitting a cylindrical air layer as a substrate texture structure by means of a needle separation method, separately knitting a left sleeve area, a right sleeve area and a bodice area according to different yarn guides, combining and forming the left sleeve area, the right sleeve area and the bodice area above a hanging shoulder by means of a needle reduction process, and stopping a needle and stopping processing to knit a front collar; and finishing the knitting of the fully-formed product. A double-needle-plate computerized flat knitting machine is adopted, the multi-needle-pitch needle separation technology is used, and knitting of fully-formed seamless products can be achieved.
