Abstract:
A preparation method for a ceramic product, involving a ceramic product processing device, wherein the ceramic product processing device comprises a crushing assembly and a screening assembly arranged below the crushing assembly. The crushing assembly comprises a crushing cavity (3), a crushing chamber (4) arranged in the middle of the crushing cavity (3), a feeding port (1) formed at the top of the crushing cavity (3), and at least one pair of crushing rollers (10) arranged on the middle part of the crushing chamber (4) and used for crushing ceramic blocks. The screening assembly comprises a screening cavity (13), a screening chamber (14) arranged in the middle of the screening cavity (13), and a screen (15) arranged in the screening chamber (14). The screen (15) is arranged directly below the crushing rollers (10). The ceramic product processing device further comprises a vibration assembly (21) for driving the screen (15) to vibrate. A first driving motor (7) drives the crushing rollers (10) to rotate, so that the ceramic blocks placed between the two crushing rollers (10) can be crushed to fall into the screen (15), and the screen (15) can screen ceramic particles falling into same under the action of the vibration assembly (21). The preparation method for a ceramic product has the characteristics of improving the filtering speed of ceramic blocks, improving the screening efficiency of the device, improving the product quality and the like.
