Provided in the present application are a power supply device and system, and a method. The power supply device comprises a control module, an electromagnetic-wave generation module, a feed-port selection module, and a radio-frequency antenna module, wherein the feed-port selection module comprises a plurality of feed-port selection switches; and the radio-frequency antenna module comprises a plurality of input feed ports and a radio-frequency unit. The plurality of input feed ports are correspondingly connected to the plurality of feed-port selection switches on a one-to-one basis. The control module may select, according to a signal sent by an electronic device, an input feed port to transmit an electromagnetic wave to the electronic device, such that the efficiency of power supply to the electronic device by using an electromagnetic wave is improved. The power supply device provided in the present application has a low cost and a concise control process, and can guarantee the freedom of power supply to an electronic device.
