Abstract:
A photovoltaic module recovery method and recovery device, the recovery method comprising: S11, pre-treating a photovoltaic module to obtain a photovoltaic laminate, the photovoltaic laminate comprising a glass substrate, a first organic adhesive film layer, a cell layer, a second organic adhesive film layer and a back plate which are successively stacked; S12, placing the photovoltaic laminate into a closed container, adding an organic cosolvent and an organic solvent into same, injecting carbon dioxide by means of pumping, and, after the carbon dioxide reaches a supercritical state, swelling the first organic adhesive film layer and the second organic adhesive film layer, the time required for swelling not exceeding 30 min; and S13, after swelling is finished, taking out the photovoltaic laminate to obtain the glass substrate, the cell layer and the back plate which are separated from each other. By means of a synergistic effect of the supercritical carbon dioxide and the organic cosolvent, layer separation of EVA layers from the glass substrate, the cell layer and the back plate in a relatively short reaction time is promoted, and recovery of complete materials can be achieved.
