The bank management device 50 calculates a current limit value Ilimit that limits the excess of the current I with respect to a current target value Ino on the basis of the current target value Ino and a current measured value Int of the power storage bank 20, or calculates a power limit value Plimit that limits the excess of the power with respect to a power target value Pno on the basis of the power target value Pno and a power measured value Pnt of the power storage bank 20.
