Abstract:
A positive electrode plate, a battery cell and a battery. The positive electrode plate comprises a current collector, an active substance layer, a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer, wherein the current collector has a first surface and a second surface, which are arranged opposite to each other, the first surface sequentially having a first region, a second region and a third region along a short-edge side, and the second surface sequentially having a fourth region, a fifth region and a sixth region along a short-edge side; the active substance layer is arranged in the second region and the fifth region; the first insulating layer is arranged in the first region, the third region, the fourth region and the sixth region; and the second insulating layer is arranged on the active substance layer and the first insulating layer. Each of a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate is of an equal-width design, such that the problem of poor coverage of a positive electrode and a negative electrode during the preparation of a battery cell is solved, thereby greatly improving the safety of a battery.
