Provided are a positioning tool and system for acetabular osteotomy orthopedic surgery and a computer device. The positioning tool for acetabular osteotomy orthopedic surgery comprises an adapter rod (501) and a support (502) which are fixedly connected and separable. The support (502) comprises a conical nut (503) and at least three fixing nails (504). The conical nut (503) is in a threaded connection with the support (502) and can continue to rotate. The fixing nails (504) are located in guide holes of the support (502) and can move in the axial direction. When the conical nut (503) is rotated, the conical nut (503) moves downwards and extrudes the fixing nails (504). The extruded fixing nails (504) can extend out of the guide holes in the axial direction and be inserted into the acetabular fossa bone surface, achieving the fixing of the support (502) to the acetabular fossa. The real-time three-dimensional pose of an acetabular bone block in the surgical procedure for the development dysplasia of the hip under assistance of a robot can be accurately tracked, thereby greatly improving the success rate of the surgery for the development dysplasia of the hip.
