Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a multi-filter-cartridge-unit circular-rotation-disc-type dehydrator. A middle plate is arranged in a dehydrator body to partition the dehydrator body into a water feeding region and a liquid filtration region. A circular rotation disc is arranged on the side of the middle plate located in the liquid filtration region; the periphery of the circular rotation disc is provided with a round of holes; and filter cartridges corresponding to the holes are arranged on one side of the circular rotation disc. The lower portion of the middle plate is provided with a water feeding inlet region; and the middle-upper portion of the middle plate is provided with a sludge discharging outlet region. The liquid filtration region is internally provided with an annular gear track engaged with a gear; the annular gear track is partitioned into an upper gear track section and a lower gear track section, the lower gear track section corresponding to the water feeding inlet region, and the upper gear track section corresponding to a non-water feeding inlet region; a position of the middle plate located in the water feeding region is provided with a sludge discharging channel; and a side wall of the sludge discharging channel is provided with a sludge outlet. In the present invention, the circular rotation disc is arranged in the liquid filtration region; a plurality of filter cartridge units are evenly distributed on the rotation disc, and during rotation processes, can perform continuous feeding and continuous sludge discharging; and said filter cartridges have a self-cleaning function, and use very small amount of water, thus increasing the yield, and ensuring the dehydration effect.
