Abstract:
A photovoltaic module recycling system based on supercritical fluid technology, the system comprising a photovoltaic module physical disassembly system (1). The photovoltaic module physical disassembly system (1) disassembles and cuts a photovoltaic module junction box and a frame into photovoltaic module fragments by means of physical disassembly; the obtained photovoltaic module fragments are delivered into a supercritical fluid decomposition system (2), and a decomposition reaction is performed on the photovoltaic module fragments by means of a supercritical fluid in the supercritical fluid decomposition system (2) to obtain decomposition products; and the decomposition products are delivered into a sorting and recycling system for separation to obtain glass, cells, busbars, a back sheet and an adhesive recycling material. The photovoltaic module recycling system based on supercritical fluid technology achieves economical and efficient recycling of photovoltaic modules, and has advantages such as being fully functional, high production capacity, high recycling purity, and being environmentally friendly.
