Abstract:
The present application provides a method for preparing chlorosilane by means of catalytic cracking of polychlorosiloxane. The method comprises: adding a high-boiling raw material, a chlorine source, a catalyst, and a reducing agent into a reactor, and carrying out a catalytic cracking reaction to generate silicon tetrachloride. The high-boiling raw material comprises at least one of polychlorosilane and polychlorosiloxane. The catalyst is a supported catalyst, a carrier raw material of the catalyst is a porous material, and an active component of the catalyst comprises at least one of copper, nickel, zinc, and rare earth elements.
