Abstract:
An ozone generating body (3) is provided with: a first electrode (10), a first dielectric body (11) that covers the first electrode (10); a second electrode (30); and a second dielectric body (31) that covers the second electrode (30). A discharge space (DS) is formed between the first dielectric body (11) and the second dielectric body (31). The ozone generating body (3) is further provided with a support part (50) for supporting the first dielectric body (11) and the second dielectric body (31). The support part (50) has a lower Young's modulus than that of both the first dielectric body (11) and the second dielectric body (31).
