Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of hydro-generators. Disclosed is an online quality evaluation and optimization method for lubricating oil for a bearing of a hydro-generator. The method comprises the following steps: S1, in a hydro-generator, conveying lubricating oil from an oil tank into a bearing of the hydro-generator so as to lubricate the bearing, and returning the lubricating oil into the oil tank after lubrication is performed, such that the lubricating oil cyclically lubricates the bearing; S2, during the process of the lubricating oil cyclically lubricating the bearing, performing online indicator monitoring on the circulating lubricating oil, and performing online indicator quality evaluation on the lubricating oil according to a monitoring result; and S3, during the process of the lubricating oil cyclically lubricating the bearing, or according to an online indicator quality evaluation result, performing online purification on the circulating lubricating oil. The present invention changes the present situation where the operation of a bearing during inspection of lubricating oil for same has always been performed within a monitoring blind area, and the method has a high degree of intelligence and great real-time performance, increases the degree of intelligence of quality management and control over lubricating oil, and reduces the operation and maintenance workload.
