Abstract:
Provided is an online precise measurement-based method for preventing and controlling corrosion of a water-cooled wall. The method comprises: performing structure optimization on a primary air duct, a hot secondary air duct and a hierarchical secondary air duct; mounting, on a side wall of a boiler hearth, a plurality of online monitoring devices for reductive gases for a water-cooled wall; providing online air volume measurement devices at air inlets for a combustor and over-fire air; and according to the concentration of a reductive gas H2S and the concentration of a reductive gas CO that are measured by the plurality of online monitoring devices for reductive gases for a water-cooled wall, deploying an air input volume of the hot secondary air duct, an air input volume of the hierarchical secondary air duct, an air input volume of the combustor and an air input volume of the over-fire air.
