Title:
THERMAL EFFICIENCY DIAGNOSTIC METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THERMAL POWER PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3965275
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnostic accuracy of plant thermal efficiency through carrying out an optimal condition evaluation by using a heat balance analytical method and accurately and exactly diagnosing a plant thermal efficiency lowering factor portion.
SOLUTION: This thermal efficiency diagnostic device 50 for a thermal power plant is intended for a low-pressure turbine combination type power plant and performs a plant thermal efficiency diagnosis by an optimal condition evaluation through a heat balance analytical method, by using measured data of thermal input and output of each constituting equipment. This plant thermal efficiency diagnostic method is for specifying thermal efficiency deterioration factor equipment to be the plant thermal efficiency lowering factor equipment, by inputting the measured data measured by each measuring sensor 51 into a computer system 52, performing a convergence calculation by considering measuring accuracy of the measured data, determining the present heat balance, comparing the present heat balance with heat balance of a design base and analyzing a degree of contribution to plant thermal efficiency imparted by each plant constituting equipment.
