Abstract:
An omnidirectional dustproof slide block, comprising a guide rail, a slide block body mounted on the guide rail, end covers mounted on front and rear ends of the slide block body, and end surface sealing gaskets mounted on the end covers. The slide block body comprises a base body and a bottom plate; the bottom plate is connected to the base body by means of bolts; a slide opening is formed in the center of the lower end of the slide block body; a recess is formed in the upper end of the slide opening; a top dustproof piece is mounted in the recess; a pair of rolling grooves that are longitudinally symmetrically arranged and have semicircular longitudinal sections are formed in each of the left and right side surfaces of the slide opening; balls are mounted in the rolling grooves; multiple mounting grooves are formed in the slide block body; the mounting grooves are distributed in the rolling grooves at intervals; internal dustproof blocks are mounted in the mounting grooves; one ball is provided between every two adjacent internal dustproof blocks; first placement grooves are formed in left and right sides of the bottom of the bottom plate facing the side opening; and bottom dustproof pieces are mounted in the first placement grooves. The present invention can prevent suspended particles such as dust on the surface of the guide rail from entering a rolling assembly of the slide block at any time.
