Abstract:
A novel highly-efficient dustproof sliding block, comprising a guide rail (7), a sliding block body (1) mounted on the guide rail (7), end covers (2) mounted at front and rear ends of the sliding block body (1), an end face sealing gasket (3) mounted on each end cover (2), an end face sealing dust collection piece (4) mounted on each end face sealing gasket (3), an end face sealing dustproof piece (5) mounted on each end face sealing dust collection piece (4), and a dust removal piece (6) mounted on each end face sealing dustproof piece (5). The novel highly-efficient dustproof sliding block is characterized in that: the end face sealing dust collection pieces (4) each are divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion and the lower portion being connected by means of snap fitting, the upper portion being a first fixing plate (42), the lower portion being a dust collection base body (41), a front lip portion (43) and a rear lip portion (44) being arranged at one end, close to the guide rail (7), of an inner side of the dust collection base body (41), the front lip portion (43) and the rear lip portion (44) being made of an elastic wear-resistant material, and the inner side of the front lip portion (43) being inclined backwards, the inner side of the rear lip portion (44) being inclined forwards, the inner sides of the front lip portion (43) and the rear lip portion (44) being in contact connection with side faces of the guide rail (7). This novel highly-efficient dustproof sliding block can remove dust, powder and other suspended particles on the surface of the guide rail (7) at any time, preventing aggravated abrasion of balls (9).
