Abstract:
An oil-cooled hollow rotating shaft structure and an oil-cooled rotor structure. The oil-cooled hollow rotating shaft structure comprises a first connecting portion (1) and a second connecting portion (2); the first connecting portion (1) comprises a first shaft end (11) and a first shaft body (12) that are connected; the second connecting portion (2) comprises a second shaft end (21) and a second shaft body (22) that are connected; the first shaft body (12) and the second shaft body (22) are connected in a sealing mode to form a rotating shaft body; a blind hole cavity (13) is formed in the first connecting portion (1); the side of the blind hole cavity (13) facing the second connecting portion (2) is open; an oil inlet (23) and a first inner cavity (24) that are communicated with each other are formed in the second shaft end (21); a second inner cavity (25) is formed in the second shaft body (22); the second inner cavity (25) is communicated with the first inner cavity (24); a sealing plug (26) is provided at the end of the second shaft body (22); the sealing plug (26) separates the blind hole cavity (13) from the second inner cavity (25); an axial oil passage (3) is formed on the rotating shaft body; the axial oil passage (3) is communicated with the second inner cavity (25); the axial oil passage (3) is connected to a first oil passing hole (31) and a second oil passing hole (32); and a cooling oil flows out of the rotating shaft body by means of the first oil passing hole (31) and the second oil passing hole (32). The oil-cooled hollow rotating shaft structure and the oil-cooled rotor structure can effectively reduce the aggregation of the oil in the hollow rotating shaft structure on the premise of ensuring light weight.
