Abstract:
An obstacle detection system, which is for detecting an obstacle for an agricultural machine and automatically operated while sensing the surrounding environment with an LiDAR sensor and a camera, equipped with a controller that is triggered by detection of an obstacle candidate depending on the data output from the LiDAR sensor, allows the camera to acquire an image of the obstacle candidate, and determines, on the basis of the image of the obstacle candidate acquired by the camera, whether or not the traveling state of the agricultural machine should be changed.
