Abstract:
Novel plastic nippers. Nipper heads (5) are provided with nipper blades (12), and nipper bodies (1) each comprise a nipper handle (2), a hinged portion (3), and an L-shaped connection portion (4), and the nipper handle, the hinged portion, and the L-shaped connection portion are integrally formed; a pin shaft (10) passes through the two hinged portions, and the two nipper bodies are movably connected by means of the pin shaft of the hinged portions; the vertical surface of each L-shaped connection portion is provided with a dovetail groove (7), the side surface of the tail of the corresponding nipper head is provided with a dovetail protrusion (6) matching the dovetail groove, and the L-shaped connection portion and the nipper head are connected in a snap-fit manner by means of the dovetail groove and the dovetail protrusion; the tail of each nipper head is provided with a segment missing bump (8), the outer side of the segment missing bump is provided with a notch, a nipper head stop (9) is plugged into the notch, i.e., the nipper head stop is provided on the outer side of the segment missing bump, and the corresponding L-shaped connection portion is firmly welded at the bottom of the outer side of the nipper head stop; the horizontal surface of each L-shaped connection portion is provided with a groove (13), and the segment missing bump and the nipper head stop are both disposed in the groove. The plastic nippers have the advantages of easy replacement, cost saving, convenience in use, firmness, durability, etc.
