Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a novel glove machine needle selection method. By screening spring needles of a glove machine by using a needle pressing mechanism on a machine head of the glove machine, a specific working mode of the glove machine is achieved. After a magnetic rod made of a magnetic material is magnetized, the residual magnetic field is large in strength and can suction a pressed spring needle, and after the magnetic rod made of the magnetic material is reversely magnetized, the residual magnetic field disappears, so that the spring needle is not suctioned. According to the present invention, by magnetizing or demagnetizing the magnetic rod, a needle set is conveniently selected, without the need to replace and adjust any mechanical structural component, and the purpose of changing a glove pattern is achieved. By powering on and off the magnetic material of the magnetic rod and exchanging positive and negative electrodes, the magnetic rod is magnetized or demagnetized.
