Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for updating a dialogue management system, and a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: according to first dialogue content, a first dialogue state, a second dialogue state and second dialogue content, determining a dialogue excitation mapping function by means of a preset discrimination generation model; according to an initial dialogue policy function and a preset system state sequence of a dialogue management system, and the dialogue excitation mapping function, determining a state value function of each dialogue state in the preset system state sequence; according to the preset system state sequence, the state value function and the dialogue excitation mapping function, determining a behavior value function of each dialogue state in the preset system state sequence; and according to the state value function and the behavior value function which correspond to the same dialogue state, determining whether there is an update in the initial dialogue policy function, and when there is no update in the initial dialogue policy function, determining that the updating of the dialogue management system is completed. By means of the present application, the efficiency and accuracy of updating of a dialogue management system are improved.
