Abstract:
A natural circulation ferrosilicon waste heat boiler circulation system, comprising a boiler barrel (1), a downcomer pipe (2), a heated surface pipe bundle (4), and a riser pipe (7). The waste heat boiler circulation system has two circulation modes, one mode is a forced circulation mode, and the other mode is a natural circulation mode. In the forced circulation mode, after being pumped into an inlet header (5) via the downcomer pipe (2) from the boiler barrel (1) by using a forced circulation pump (3), boiler water is uniformly distributed to the heated surface pipe bundle (4) and heat-exchanged with high-temperature flue gas then to become vapor or a vapor-water mixture, and the vapor or the vapor-water mixture enters into an outlet header (6) and finally returns into the boiler barrel (1) via the riser pipe (7). In the natural circulation mode, due to the use of a natural circulation structure, a heated surface has no vapor blocking phenomenon, so that heat can be more preferably exchanged and water circulation is more reliable; the forced circulation pump (3) is removed, so that the electrical load of a user unit is greatly reduced; moreover, by using a low-point sewage discharging structure, the accumulated water of the boiler is completely drained.
