Abstract:
A natural circulation box structure for a ferrosilicon waste heat boiler, with the box structure being composed of a box body (1), a top collection box (2), a communicating pipe (3), an upper collection box (4), a top sealing shell (5), a lower collection box (6), a bottom collection box (7), an ash hopper (8), a pipe bundle (9), and an access door (10), wherein the box body (1) is vertically arranged and adopts a modular structure; the pipe bundle (9) is in an in-line arrangement in the box body (1), and the pipe bundle (9) is welded and connected to the upper collection box (4) and the lower collection box (6); and the upper collection box (4) is connected to the top collection box (2) via the communicating pipe (3), and the lower collection box (6) is welded and connected to the bottom collection box (7). The natural circulation box structure for a ferrosilicon waste heat boiler is of a box-body-type structure, which is very convenient for on-site assembly and greatly shortens the installation period. In addition, the boiler relies on natural circulation instead of the traditional method, i.e. relying on a circulating pump, which greatly reduces the production cost and operation cost of the boiler and also reduces the difficulty of operation by workers, thereby fully achieving the purposes of energy conservation, consumption reduction and cost reduction.
