Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of simulation systems, and in particular, to a multi-servo channel-based roadbed foundation dynamic stress loading system and a method. The loading system comprises: a connecting plate; a connecting frame, wherein five dynamic actuators are hingedly connected between the connecting frame and the connecting plate, four dynamic actuators form a 4-RPR parallel mechanism, and the remaining dynamic actuator is arranged at the middle of the 4-RPR parallel mechanism; a loading part, mounted in the center below the connecting frame; a constraint plate, arranged below the loading part and being in free contact with the loading part, wherein four static actuators are arranged between the constraint plate and the connecting plate, and the static actuators and the dynamic actuators are subjected to static and dynamic collaborative control by means of multiple servo channels so as to simulate a soil mass principal stress axis rotation effect of the roadbed foundation. The present invention provides the multi-servo channel-based roadbed foundation dynamic stress loading system, and the system can implement a principal stress axis rotation effect in the roadbed foundation by means of dynamic and static collaborative loading, and can simulate different traffic load forms.
