Abstract:
A multi-pump driven single-motor mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission device, comprising an input shaft (1), a planetary gear shunting mechanism (2), a hydraulic transmission system (3), a planetary gear confluence mechanism (4), and an output shaft (5), wherein the input shaft (1) is separately connected to the hydraulic transmission system (3) and the planetary gear confluence mechanism (4) by means of the planetary gear shunting mechanism (2), and the hydraulic transmission system (3) and the planetary gear confluence mechanism (4) are simultaneously connected to the output shaft (5); the hydraulic transmission system (3) comprises a multi-pump driving mechanism (31), a quantitative motor mechanism (32), and a hydraulic transmission output mechanism (33), wherein the multi-pump driving mechanism (31) is connected to the quantitative motor mechanism (32), and the quantitative motor mechanism (32) is connected to the planetary gear confluence mechanism (4) and is connected to the output shaft (5) by means of the hydraulic transmission output mechanism (33). By adoption of a multi-pump alternating work system, multiple flow combinations can be obtained, and use and maintenance cycles of the hydraulic system can be prolonged; the device can satisfy requirements of different operating environments; and requirements for speed regulation range and speed regulation accuracy of the same scheme in different modes are satisfied.
