Abstract:
Provided are a motor bearing wear monitoring device, an adjustment method, and a program with which detection accuracy can be maintained without intervening with a manual machine operation, even when a drive frequency is changed. This motor bearing wear monitoring device 5, 5A, 5B monitors a wear state of a bearing 32, 33 by using a plurality of detection coils C1-C8. The detection coils include a plurality of thrust detection coils C2, C4, C6, C8. The device is formed by including: a wear amount detection unit 543 that detects a wear amount in a thrust direction of a bearing on the basis of a difference between a composite signal of the thrust detection coils C2, C4 which form a set and a composite signal of the thrust detection coils C6, C8 which form another set; a frequency acquisition unit 541, 548 that acquires a drive frequency of a motor 3; a data acquisition unit 542, 549 that acquires adjustment data corresponding to the drive frequency; and an offset processing unit 57 that executes, on the basis of the adjustment data, offset processing on a composite signal so that the difference indicates a wear amount corresponding to the drive frequency.
