To provide a sealing device capable of preventing mutual attraction when the sealing devices are piled up on a material loading table and pressing them in smoothly and automatically one by one in a process in which the sealing device provided with a magnetization part used to control speed of a vehicle such as an automobile is pressed into a rolling bearing.
In this sealing device 1 provided with a slinger 5 fitted in an end part outside diameter face of an inner ring 2 on a rotation side of a rolling bearing, a core metal unit 8 fitted in an end part inside diameter face of an outer ring 3 of the bearing in opposition to the slinger 5, a seal member 12 mounted on the core metal unit 8, and a magnetization part provided by vulcanization-bonding a rubber magnet 19 on an outer face of a flange 7 of the slinger 5, an annular projection 18 which is formed integrally with a sealing member 12 on an outer face of a flange 11 of the core metal unit 8 and protrudes inward of the bearing is provided, and a clearance is formed between the rubber magnets 19 of the sealing devices 1 piled up on a table and the core metal unit 8 of the sealing device 1 just above them to prevent mutual attraction of the sealing devices owing to this clearance.
