The present invention relates to a molecular diagnostic cartridge. The present invention includes a nucleic acid extraction module, a nucleic acid amplification module, an analysis module, and a housing. The nucleic acid extraction module has an extraction chamber and a first flow channel, and the nucleic acid amplification module has an amplification chamber and a second flow channel. A first seal is connected to the upper end of the extraction chamber, the volume of the extraction chamber is reduced by rotation of the first seal, and the nucleic acid extracted by air pressure flows into the amplification chamber through the first flow channel. A second seal is provided at one side end of the amplification chamber, the volume of the amplification chamber is reduced by rotation of the second seal, and the PCR product is introduced into the analysis module through the second flow channel by air pressure. According to the present invention, the molecular diagnostic cartridge allows sample collection and molecular diagnosis to be performed simultaneously on site, thereby enabling quick confirmation of a test result, reducing the possibility of sample contamination, and enabling simple molecular diagnosis.
