Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method and a system for coupling copper slag recycling with CO2 mineralization based on industrial solid waste. The method comprises: acquiring copper slag; performing a slagging treatment; acquiring reformed slag; acquiring sponge iron; coupling the obtained reformed slag with a CO2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste; and coupling CO2 generated in the above process of acquiring the sponge iron with the CO2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste. The system comprises a slagging treatment device, a secondary treatment device, a first coupling device, and a second coupling device. In the present application, the recycling of copper slag can be coupled with an existing CO2 mineralization process based on industrial solid waste. Organic combination of different production lines is achieved for reformed slag, flue gas, etc., and the method is green and clean; moreover, the selection range and the acquisition manner of a CO2 source for the CO2 mineralization process based on the industrial solid waste are expanded, and the cost of the CO2 mineralization process based on the industrial solid waste is reduced.
