Abstract:
A method for separation and recovery of circuit board drilling waste. The method comprises: collecting waste produced in a circuit board drilling process in real time; pulverizing the collected waste; carrying out primary air separation to separate the pulverized waste to obtain copper powder and primary air separation products; carrying out secondary air separation to separate the primary air separation products, and during the secondary air separation, introducing low-temperature non-combustion-supporting gas into an air separation passage intermittently to obtain aluminum powder and secondary air separation products; and carrying out tertiary air separation to separate the secondary air separation products to obtain epoxy glass fiber powder and wood pulp powder. In the separation and recovery method, the low-temperature non-combustion-supporting gas is intermittently introduced during the secondary air separation process, such that the technical problem that aluminum powder is prone to being exposed to oxygen and water in the air, resulting in explosion during the recovery process is solved, thereby realizing the effect of resource recycling and safe resource recovery.
