Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a single cell suspension of nerve tissues. In the present invention, nerve tissues are treated using a combined mechanical and enzymatic method, and single nuclear cells can be separated from the nerve tissues by using a Percoll discontinuous density gradient centrifugation method, thus providing a high-activity and high-purity cell sample for flow cytometry technology analysis. The results of evaluating the cell viability by means of trypan blue staining and flow cytometry show that the survival rate of the cells extracted by the method is high; and the separation process does not affect the cell viability, and does not change intracellular and extracellular marker proteins of the cells.
