Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an unbreakable micro-electrostatic filter. The method comprises: carrying out extrusion molding on a raw material that has been subjected to secondary granulation, and then carrying out cutting to obtain an electrode material isolating and bearing frame, wherein spacing maintaining spacers are arranged between an upper and a lower panel of the electrode material isolating and bearing frame; arranging strip-shaped electrically conductive materials with a preset size on a surface of the electrode material isolating and bearing frame at equal intervals in a direction perpendicular to air channels, so as to manufacture a filter basic plate; then, stacking the filter basic plates to form a filter mold base; and by means of relative movement of the filter mold base and a heating wire, performing hot-melting cutting on the filter mold base to obtain a micro-electrostatic filter with a required size, wherein each edge of the micro-electrostatic filter has been subjected to hot-melting cutting so that the micro-electrostatic filter with completely sealed electrodes is formed. The present invention improves the sealing performance of the frame and the electrodes, fundamentally avoids the problems of current leakage and arc striking caused by dielectric material breakage and electrode exposure, and stably operates in a high humidity environment.
