A high-humidity-resistant micro-electrostatic purification device. A filter element (3) realizes the sealing between layers of an insulating dielectric plate by means of hot-melt cutting, electrode strip accommodating grooves are respectively formed in two ends of the filter element (3) in the length direction by means of hot-melt cutting, then a first electrode strip (71) and a second electrode strip (72) are respectively put into the grooves, and finally, the grooves are sealed by a sealant (91, 92); moreover, joints of wires (5, 6) are sealed by pouring the sealant (91, 92), so that the filter element (3) is completely sealed. The connection parts between a power supply module (10) and the electrode strips (71, 72) and the connection parts between electrode contact pieces (41, 42) and an external power supply are completely sealed by means of the arrangement of the structure. Meanwhile, a current-limiting protection circuit is provided to monitor a working current in real time, and current-limiting protection is carried out when an instantaneous change of the working current exceeds a threshold. Under a high-humidity environment, the working stability is improved, the working efficiency and the dust holding capacity are guaranteed, and the phenomena such as current leakage and arc discharge and sparking are avoided.
