Abstract:
This method for manufacturing an insulating conductor includes: an electrodeposition step for immersing bent conductors (10, 40) into a deposition liquid (1) including resin particles, and applying a DC voltage between bent sections (11, 41) and an inside electrode (20) while the inside electrode (20) is disposed at a position facing inner surfaces (11a, 41a) of the bent sections (11, 41) of the bent conductors (10, 40), thereby electrodepositing the resin particles onto the bent conductors (10, 40) to form an electrodeposited film; and a baking step for heating the bent conductors (10, 40) on which the electrodeposited film is formed, and baking the electrodeposited film on the bent conductors (10, 40) to form a resin film.
