Abstract:
A method and a device for fragmenting, transmitting and receiving network topology information are disclosed In the transmitting method, a base station transmits the fragments carrying network topology information, wherein, at least one of the fragments carries indication information which can indicate the changed fragment. The solution can decrease the time delay of the information obtainment and subsequent operation.
