Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for activating waste concrete, a cement substitute manufactured thereby, a method for manufacturing a cement composition using waste concrete, and a cement composition using waste concrete manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for activating waste concrete, which allows waste concrete fine powder, which is difficult to recycle, to be used as a cement substitute, a cement substitute manufactured thereby, a method for manufacturing a cement composition using waste concrete, and a cement composition using waste concrete manufactured thereby. The present invention comprises: a heat treatment step (S10) of maintaining waste concrete powder at a heat treatment temperature of 450°C or higher for a predetermined time; and a cooling step (S20) of air-cooling the heated waste concrete powder.
