Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a manganese-zinc ferrite material and a preparation method therefor. The manganese-zinc ferrite material comprises the principal components: 51.30-51.78 mol% of Fe2O3, 11.42-11.64 mol% of ZnO, 36.58-37.27 mol% of MnO and 0.02-0.1 mol% of CoO; and the auxiliary components: 200-2000 ppm of CaCO3, 200-2000 ppm of Bi2O3, 200-2000 ppm of MoO, 200-2000 ppm of NbO and 200-2000 ppm of ZrO. The material has a high Curie temperature greater than 230ºC and a BS (25ºC) higher than 530 mT, and a high magnetic permeability and a low temperature coefficient can be achieved in the temperature range of 0-230ºC. The manganese-zinc ferrite material provided in the present application can realize stable operation under broader and more extreme environmental conditions, and greatly broadens the application of manganese-zinc ferrite in the field of electronic devices.
