Abstract:
The present invention is a mating structure (1) of machine parts (10, 20), in which a cylindrical shaft (11) is mated with a mating hole (21) in the direction of the axis of the hole. The mating hole (21) includes at least two axially-aligned mating regions (P1, P2) within a range of mating with the shaft (11) which is aligned along with the axis of the mating hole. Regarding the mating regions (P1, P2), the inner diameter at the upper tolerance limit of the first mating region (P1), which is located deeper in the mating hole (21), is smaller than the inner diameter at the lower tolerance limit of the second mating region (P2), which is located closer to the entrance of the mating hole (21). The second mating region (P2) has a tolerance and an axial direction length that allow, on the basis of the diametrical clearance between the mating hole (21) and the shaft (11) in the second mating region (P2), smooth insertion of the shaft (11) into the first mating region (P1) even if the shaft (11) is tilted to a maximum angle with respect to the axis of the mating hole (21).
