Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a loosening-preventing high-strength bevel gear shaft, comprising a gear shaft part, a gear tooth part and a transmission part, the gear tooth part and the transmission part being integrally arranged at the two ends of the gear shaft part respectively, and the diameter of the transmission part being smaller than that of the gear shaft part. The loosening-preventing high-strength bevel gear shaft further comprises: spiral tooth blocks arranged on the outer side of the gear tooth part at equal angles in the circumferential direction and used for achieving a meshing transmission effect; and spline teeth arranged on the outer side of the transmission part at equal angles in the circumferential direction and used for improving the connection stability. A connection shaft is integrally arranged on an end face of the gear tooth part, and the central axes of the gear tooth part and the connection shaft coincide, the connection shaft being of a cylindrical structure. The loosening-preventing high-strength bevel gear shaft uses a novel structural design, so that the overall structural strength and connection stability of the bevel gear shaft are effectively improved, normal transmission of torque is ensured, the service life is prolonged, and the practicability is high.
