Abstract:
In this lithium recovery device 1, a processing tank 7 is provided that is partitioned into an acid recovery tank 11, a lithium supply tank 12, an alkali recovery tank 13, and a lithium recovery tank 14, in that order. The lithium recovery tank 14 and the alkali recovery tank 13 are partitioned by a lithium-ion-conducting electrolyte film 2 and the tanks 11, 12, 13 are partitioned by ion exchange films 31, 33. Power sources 51, 52 are respectively provided between electrodes 45, 46 provided within the tanks 13, 14 and between electrodes 41, 44 provided within the tanks 13, 14, the power sources being connected with the lithium recovery tank 14 side as the negative side. The power sources selectively cause Li+ to migrate, from an aqueous solution S0 within the lithium supply tank 12 that contains Li+ and other metal ions Mn+ along with anions such as SO4 2−, to an aqueous solution S3 within the lithium recovery tank 14.
