Abstract:
Provided is a lean vehicle that enables reduction of the attitude change of the lean vehicle caused by the transmission when the lean vehicle turns in an inclined state. A vehicle 1, which is the lean vehicle, is provided with: a gear-type multilevel automatic transmission machine 12 that has a plurality of gearshift levels and a clutch 40, and that changes driving force to be transmitted from an engine 11 to a front wheel 3 and/or a rear wheel 4 by switching between the plurality of gearshift levels automatically and stepwisely; and a control device 7 that controls switching between the plurality of gearshift levels in the multilevel automatic transmission machine 12. When the vehicle 1 is turning in the inclined state, switching between the plurality of gearshift levels is prohibited or changing of the lean angle through switching between the plurality of gearshift levels is suppressed, on the basis of a physical amount relating to the turning radius of a corner at which the vehicle 1 turns in the inclined state.
