Abstract:
An intelligent vertical mill device and a grinding method thereof, the device comprising: a grinding disc (5) disposed above a frame (4) at the inner bottom of a hollow casing body (1); a frame (4) having a motor provided thereon; a hollow tube (11), the output end of the motor being transmittingly connected to a planetary gear reducer below the grinding disc (5), and the grinding disc (5) being transmittingly connected to a sun gear in the planetary gear reducer; and a movable jaw plate (13) fixedly connected to and covering the outer circumferential wall of the grinding disc (5). The device and method effectively overcome the following defects of the vertical mills in the prior art in the processing of coarse aggregates: low production efficiency and low safety reliability of the vertical mill caused by compaction and blockage commonly occurring in materials in a crushing area, low hourly production rate, high energy consumption, fixed product size, and waste of time and labor because adjustment of the vertical mill for production of different products is difficulty, the whole machine needs to be shut down for maintenance and adjustment for the purpose of adjusting the vertical mill to produce products of different specifications, the working environment is poor in the casing, and the labor intensity is high.
