Abstract:
An intelligent vertical mill-based aggregate production process and apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a first feeding device, the first feeding device being used for feeding raw materials to an intelligent vertical mill device (12); a second feeding device, the second feeding device being used for feeding machine-made aggregates to a three-dimensional modular screening device (15); and an intelligent vertical mill device (12), the intelligent vertical mill device (12) being disposed between the first feeding device and the second feeding device, and the intelligent vertical mill device (12) being used for grinding raw materials into machine-made aggregates. In combination with other structures and process, the present application effectively overcomes the defects of devices for making machine-made gravel aggregates in the prior art that the area occupied is large, the operating cost and maintenance cost are high, the investment for environmental protection is high due to the poor production environment caused by the difficulty in thoroughly dealing with the indoor dust in corresponding plants having a large area, and it is difficult to achieve automation and intelligence because the devices are scattered.
