Abstract:
Provided is an intelligent lamp management method based on child's sleep. The method comprises: controlling a target lamp to be turned on when a child is on a target bed; controlling the target lamp to be turned off when it is determined that the child falls asleep on the target bed; acquiring physical parameter information and action information of the sleeping child; and controlling the target lamp to be turned on when the physical parameter information or the action information of the sleeping child indicates that the child is about to wake up. Therefore, when a child prepares to sleep on a bed, the lamp is turned on to improve the child's sense of security before the child prepares to sleep and to assist the child in quickly falling asleep, and after it is detected that the child falls asleep, the lamp is turned off to avoid the waste of electric energy. At the same time, when the physical parameter information or the action information of the sleeping child indicates that the child is about to wake up, the lamp is turned on to ensure that the child does not lack a sense of security because the child is afraid of the dark when waking up at night, thereby ensuring that the child can continue to enter a normal sleep state after waking up.
