Abstract:

This information processing device (2) calculates the heat transmission status of at least one heat exchanger provided to a coal fired boiler (4), and comprises an information processing unit that calculates an index indicating the heat transmission status of the heat exchanger, on the basis of information including the quantity of heat absorption of the heat exchanger and the logarithmic mean temperature difference between an exhaust gas within the coal fired boiler and a vapor within the heat exchanger.
