Abstract:

The present invention provides an information processing device, a system, and a control method that can effectively acquire character strings. According to an embodiment, an information processing device includes an image interface, an input interface, a communication interface, and a processor. The image interface acquires, from an input device for inputting a character string included in a captured image in which recognition of a character string based on a first algorithm has failed, a display screen image based at least on the captured image displayed on a display screen of the input device. The communication interface acquires the captured image from the image acquisition device. The processor searches the captured image corresponding to the display screen image to acquire a character string based on a result of character recognition processing executed on the searched captured image on the basis of a second algorithm different from the first algorithm, and inputs the character string to the input device through the input interface.
