Abstract:
An information control device (10) of the present embodiment is provided with: a registering unit (110) that registers registration information associating biometric information, personal information, flight information, and lodging information of a user who has reserved an airplane ticket and a lodging facility; a vehicle dispatch information generating unit (111) that generates vehicle dispatch information for dispatching a courtesy vehicle at the user's arrival airport, on the basis of the registration information; an acquisition unit (112) that acquires the user's biometric information scanned when the user checked luggage at the departure airport; a biometric authentication control unit (113) that controls biometric authentication with regards to the acquired biometric information of the user, using the registration information; a luggage information generating unit (114) that generates luggage information for identifying luggage as being the user's luggage if the biometric authentication is successful; and an information providing unit (115) that provides information for loading the luggage to the courtesy vehicle on the basis of the luggage information and the vehicle dispatch information.
